To the TCI community:

In June, I became Chair of The Commonwealth Institute.  I am honored to have been elected to guide so many committed and dedicated women who strongly believe in the advancement of women business leaders.  Our vision has always been to unleash the potential of women leaders to change the face of business.

TCI Boston’s CEO members represent over $600 million in revenue each year, and TCI South Florida now supports members generating millions more.  We are proud to have a played a role in our members’ success, and I am thrilled to work with the many distinguished business leaders among our corporate sponsors, Board of Directors and advisory boards to help our members continue to grow.

As we look forward, TCI continues to be committed to promoting and advancing women CEOs, entrepreneurs and senior executives.  The accomplishments the organization has achieved – and the challenges we have faced – in the past year have paved the way for an even better, stronger TCI in the future.  We are actively planning for further growth, both by expanding into other cities and by raising the bar on our existing programs.

In fact, earlier this month, TCI held its first kick-off meeting to gauge interest in opening a TCI affiliate in Atlanta.  The response was strong, and we will continue to develop opportunities for TCI to work with the community of women entrepreneurs there.  Here in Boston, the new year brings a new Commonwealth Forum for Senior Executives (only 3 seats remaining!), new Commonwealth Forums for CEOs, inspiring new programs, and much more.

2007 marks TCI’s 10-year anniversary.  I hope you’ll join us as we celebrate our first 10 years helping women leaders change the face of business ... and the many more years yet to come.

Sincerely,

Grace K. Fey
