Given the complexity and volatility of the ever-changing New England energy market, The Commonwealth Institute has reached out to Constellation New Energy (CNE) to find ways we can work together to offer our community budget stability. *How to stabilize electricity costs
*Options for "going green"
*How to earn money by reducing electricity usage during system-wide emergencies
