Women on Boards: A Path to Leadership
Women on Boards: A Path to Leadership
The role of women on boards continues to evolve, as have all other leadership roles for women in business. Nationally, women hold 15.7% of the board seats and 14.4% of executive officer positions among Fortune 500 companies, according to a study by Catalyst Inc., a nonprofit that seeks to expand opportunities for women. Women are driving our economy and need to be at the table to make a difference.
