Phyllis Sherry Swersky is President of The Meltech Group which provides a broad range of business advisory services to CEOs and Executive Management Teams of growing companies. Under The Meltech Group umbrella, Ms. Swersky serves as an actively engaged board member of several public, private and not-for-profit organizations.
Ms. Swersky brings more than 20 years of senior operating experience in various executive management positions (CEO, COO, CFO) to her board and advisory work. Her contribution to the Boards on which she serves is leveraged by 2 decades of diverse expertise as a Director. Her industry background includes in depth knowledge of computer software, IT and web applications. She is also knowledgeable in financial services, education and healthcare services. Ms. Swersky is a “financial expert” who has chaired all major Board committees.
Ms. Swersky has been featured in a variety of business publications, including FORTUNE Magazine, and as a much sought after speaker on issues regarding women in business and on Boards of Directors. She is married with 3 adult children and lives in Newton, Massachusetts.
