- Have a clear vision on what the end result of the project should be.
- Lay out the scope by creating a board and teams to collaborate on the best way to accomplish the task
- Before you implement the change, live a day in the life of the people or department that will be affected. It can give you a better idea of what is needed.
- Use tools like survey monkey to measure what is working and what is not.
- Reward those who lead the change and make a difference.
