Here are a few ideas Pat shared with us on how she was able to create change:

• Have a clear vision on what the end result of the project should be.
• Lay out the scope by creating a board and teams to collaborate on the best way to accomplish the task
• Before you implement the change, live a day in the life of the people or department that will be affected.  It can give you a better idea of what is needed.
• Use tools like survey monkey to measure what is working and what is not.
• Reward those who lead the change and make a difference.
