Deborah Lipman Slobodnik, co-founder and principal of Options for Change, is a senior organizational consultant and coach with over 25 years experience in developing leaders and building teams. This year she was nominated and selected as one of the Top 10 coaches in the Boston area through the Boston herald and womensbiz.com.
Deborah’s track record includes coaching executives, building teams and boards and implementing change. She works in both the private and non-profit sectors, bringing the best practices from both to her clients. A sampling of her clients in the non-profit sector includes both large and small organizations. Among them, Harvard Medical School, Boston University/Sargent College, New England Medical Center, Neighborhood Health Plan, The Rappaport Institute and The Center for Family Connections.
Deborah is also a mentor in TCI’s LEAP program.
