Edith Onderick Harvey
Edith Onderick-Harvey is a sought after consultant, speaker and leadership expert.  Edith's expertise is often sought by the media.  She has been quoted in The New York Times, Human Resource Executive, American Executive, U.S. Business Review and CNN.com. 

As president of The Talent Advantage,  she works with growing entrepreneurial firms, non-profits, educational institutions and Fortune 1000 companies to build business-driven talent strategies and programs that result in higher productivity, increased margins, growth capacity and satisfied employees.

She works with leaders and teams on issues related to engaging employees, leading effectively, and creating talent strategies to drive growth.  She is able to analyze a situation and offer solutions that are practical and focused for each client’s needs.  She works with clients to provide tools and strategies while allowing them to be responsible for their own success.
