Douglas Hall
Douglas Hall is a Director of Group Benefits and oversees all aspects of the Client Services Department at Bulfinch Benefits. Douglas specializes in working with clients on a daily basis to meet their service expectations and provide employee benefit service resolutions. He also interfaces with the carriers on a regular basis on behalf of the client. Douglas has over 17 years' experience in the employee benefits field including 10 years at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University.
Mark Markell
Mark Markell is the Director of Employee Benefits with Bulfinch Benefits. With over 18 years of experience, he specializes in working with companies of all types and sizes, such as small law firms, to national retail chains, large unions, and hospitals. Mark believes in working for the client - not the insurance agency. In addition, providing a detailed strategy, and not just quoting the lowest price, is key in giving a complete approach to a client`s situation. Mark's profound loyalty to the needs and interests of his clients is the reason that they have chosen to stay with him year after year. Some of the rewards he has received while at The Bulfinch include the Leader's Club, and Platinum & Gold level producer. Mark received a B.S. in Business from the University of Houston.
