Deborah DiVerdi Carlson is a partner in the Corporate Department at Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP.  Her practice focuses primarily on business counseling and transactional work with extensive experience in the creation of, and strategic venturing by companies and individuals in, corporations and limited liability companies.  She also counsels purchasers and sellers in private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions and business dispositions.  Ms. Carlson is a graduate of Holy Cross College and Albany Law School.  She received her LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.  She is a member of the Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations.
