Ms. Chasen is the leader of the Boston office of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP. She is a partner in the Forensic & Dispute Services practice of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP. She has a broad range of experience in financial consulting, corporate investigations, and auditing of public and private companies. Ms. Chasen's experience includes a variety of financial consulting matters including the investigation of securities litigation matters, forensic investigations, matters involving the interpretation and application of generally accepted accounting principles, purchase price disputes and the investigation of various acts of fraud including financial statement fraud, asset misappropriation and stock option issues and alleged backdating. Ms. Chasen is the leader of the New England Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, LLP practice, the National Consumer Business Sector leader for Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, LLP and the Deputy Corporate Investigations leader for the Northeast of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, LLP. Ms. Chasen has also previously been the Northeast leader for the Forensic Audit Assistance Program.
