Regina Pisa is the Chairman and Managing Partner of the law firm of Goodwin Procter LLP. With over 850 attorneys, the firm has offices in Boston, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Washington, D.C.
Ms. Pisa is Chairman of the firm's Management Committee and Executive Committee and oversees the Allocations Committee.
Ms. Pisa's practice focuses primarily on the financial services area, representing both banks and investment companies. Most recently, her practice has concentrated on mergers and acquisitions of banks and financial institutions, earning her and the firm national recognition and a place among the nation's top bank M&A practices.
In addition to mergers and acquisitions, Ms. Pisa represents banks and financial institutions on a wide variety of other matters, including corporate and board governance issues, capital raising, and general corporate and securities law issues.
