Beverly Edgehill
The Partnership, Inc.
Dr. Beverly Edgehill is president and chief executive officer of The Partnership, Inc., a non-profit leadership development and career mentoring organization for multicultural professionals. In her role as CEO, Dr. Edgehill oversees financial, operations, program and business development activities. Under Dr. Edgehill’s leadership, The Partnership’s portfolio of products has expanded to include an executive program designed to prepare multicultural professionals of color for roles in the C-suite.
Dr. Edgehill is a strategic advisor to CEOs and senior executives of Fortune 500 companies regarding best practice strategies for effective diverse talent management, succession planning and retention. Clients include financial services firms, law firms and insurance institutions. Non-profit clients include higher education institutions and hospitals. She is co-designer of a program to guide non-profit boards to improve their efforts to identify, onboard and retain diverse talent.
Beverly is a leadership and career mentor to women and to multicultural professionals. She provides leadership coaching to individuals to effectively lead strategic initiatives for their respective organizations.
Beverly is a career mentor to emerging leaders and young executives. She provides counsel on strategies to develop, grow and advance their careers.
Beverly also serves as a
New England selection panelist for The White House Fellows program.
From 1993 to 2005, Dr. Edgehill was vice president, leadership and organization development at Fidelity Investments. Prior to joining Fidelity Investments, she served in a variety of leadership roles in retail and technology. Dr. Edgehill was the founder and principal of her own leadership and organization development practice.
Beverly is a columnist for Color Magazine, and serves on the board of directors of The Partnership, Inc.; the board of trustees for

Center and is a member of its medical education committee; and the strategic advisory board for Simmons School of Management. She is also on the board of the Greater
