The Commonwealth Institute is pleased to announce the appointment of Mindy McGinn of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and Dana Baiocco of Jones Day to our Corporate Advisory Board (CAB). This dynamic advisory board is composed of executive level men and women from the business community who are committed to the mission of The Commonwealth Institute. They represent a combination of our sponsoring organizations and key influencers who can assist woman entrepreneurs. TCI Board Members Evelyn Murphyand Helene Solomon co-chair the CAB.

 

  

Mindy McGinn

Mindy McGinn is a Second Vice President of Wealth Management in Morgan Stanley Smith Barney's Waltham, Massachusetts office. Mindy and her team manage over $1 billion for affluent individuals and families. They provide comprehensive financial planning, sophisticated investment management and administrative support with the goal of simplifying their clients' complex lives. Mindy is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and leads her team's financial planning efforts.

  

 

  

  

Dana Baiocco

Dana Baiocco is a partner at Jones Day, a global law firm with more than  2,500lawyers that opened a Boston office in January 2011. Her law practice areas include products liability, mass tort defense litigation, and aviation litigation and counseling. Clients describe Dana as a "very smart and tough" litigator, who is "very responsive and thorough" and "provides efficient and effective legal counsel relative to some very difficult situations."

 

  

We are delighted to welcome Dana and Mindy to our Corporate Advisory Board. These talented women will contribute to the CAB and serve as effective TCI ambassadors in their firms and in the greater Boston business community. Their combined wealth of expertise in the financial and legal fields will be an asset to the women CEOs and entrepreneurs in our membership.
