Bonnie Gorbaty, TCI Forum Leader and LEAP Program Director, will discuss the key concepts of our new Leadership Accelerator Program (LEAP) and how creative leading makes a critical difference within any organization. Bonnie will be joined by Kip Hollister, Founder and CEO of Hollister, Inc., who has participated in LEAP and will share how her own leading has made a difference in handling her third recession. The following questions, and more, will be answered:
