Representative Kay Khan, of Newton, is sixteen year veteran of the Massachusetts Legislature. Her influence has spanned almost all major public issues--compassionate health care, public education, housing, human services, better transportation and a healthier environment. Rep Khan knows how to get legislation passed, advocate for her constituents with state government officials, and provide top quality constituent services. She does all this with a respectful manner, informed by facts, and understated intellect, a reminder that longevity in elected office comes by able advocacy for her constituents and hard work in the State House
