Session One: 8:45 - 10:15 a.m.

~Growing Into A Strategic Leader with Bonnie Gorbaty, TCI Forum Leader and President of Inner Resources. Explore the why, what, where, when and how of becoming a strategic leader. Learn to carve out the time to lead, even when you're up against the urgent priorities of the day-to-day management of business.

~Sales: Prospecting and Closing with Sheryl Read, Principal, Sales Solutions, and Ronna Woodward, independent sales and marketing consultant. Most of us are comfortable talking about our company once we get past that initial intro stage. Where many of us fall down is finding and engaging qualified prospects, and then closing them, once we've gotten their attention. We'll discuss techniques for identifying and finding the best prospects, preparing to make contact, establishing a process and closing the deal.

Session Two: 10:30 - 12:00 p.m.

~The Real ROI - Creating Your Value as the Strategic Leader with Bonnie Gorbaty. In this session, focus on the places of impact within your company where driving the strategy and leading its implementation creates the organizational value that creates high returns for the company.

~Effective Sales Management with Sheryl Read and Ronna Woodward. Do you worry that you're not getting the most from your salespeople? Part of it may be how you're managing them. In this session, learn strategies to help them stay focused and help you better understand whether you're getting maximum output from your sales team.
