Kathy has over 16 years in public accounting specializing in real estate-related tax, advisory and accounting services, as well as eight years in private industry as CFO with a growing family of entities engaged in construction, real estate development, commercial real estate brokerage and commercial property management.

She is a member of the American Institute of Architects and The Commonwealth Institute, and is Past President of the Boston Chapter of the International Facility Management Association.

Hs experience includes significant work associated with the development and financing of office, laboratory, industrial and chemical manufacturing facilities, with special expertise architectural, engineering and construction contracting. Recent projects include One Lincoln Street in Boston, MIT’s Media Lab building in Cambridge, and Nortel Networks, Inc.'s Billerica park.
