Forums for CEOs Corporate
Forums The Expert Resource Connection (ERC) provides substantive business-building advice to our members by offering a platform for them to present a specific critical business challenge to a panel of experts. Experts on the panel provide "real world" advice and connections through this program, which is held three times a year. Strategies for Success is a highly interactive leadership development program that is run in-house to future leaders of a corporation. It is delivered by some of Boston's most successful current and former senior women executives. The program offers compelling benefits for both the company and 25-35 of its high potential women managers identified to be the emerging women leaders. Women of Ethnic Diversity Initiative This groundbreaking initiative facilitates ongoing growth for women business owners of ethnically diverse backgrounds. These CEOs enjoy a unique environment for mentoring, access to previously untapped networks, exposure to emerging business opportunities, as well as opportunities to promote their companies online and in the local media.
