The Commonwealth Forum For Senior Executive Women The Commonwealth Institute is pleased to offer the Commonwealth Forum for Executive Women. This leadership development forum is designed for senior executive women, and is based on years of extensive research and experience with peer mentoring and issues of women's advancement. The forum provides an opportunity for executives to discuss and exchange leadership strategies to address challenging business issues. It is a venue where a female executive can develop an advisory group of her peers to gain the insight and acumen necessary for building leadership skills that enhance her value to the company. Female executives who participate in these forums report that they benefit from learning from the experiences of their peers. Our Executive Women Advisory Board is co-chaired by Beverly Edgehill, President & CEO of The Partnership Inc., and Carol Goldberg, President of The AVCAR Group and former President & COO of The Stop & Shop Companies. Members of this board provide strategic guidance to help build this growing segment of the Institute. The Forums are facilitated by highly successful women in the Boston business community. In addition, each participant has access to program advisors who have extensive corporate experience.
